Led by Laurena White, MD, MPH, DiplAc (OB/GYN, reproductive endocrinologist, acupuncturist, and clinical herbalist)
Perimenopause and menopause. Fertility and pregnancy loss. PMOS and endometriosis. Postpartum recovery. Chronic stress. Hormone imbalances and menstrual dysfunction. For many women these arrive in the middle of their careers, when they carry the most responsibility.
Most managers do not know what to say. Many employees never learn what their benefits cover. Support that does exist often sits in an app nobody opens.
We are a physician-led, integrative women’s health practice in Arlington, VA (Shirlington). Our approach is rooted in the Womanist Ethic of Care: people are whole and health care should treat them that way. We bring that to your team through short, practical programs, facilitated and led by clinicians, in person or online. Employees choose for themselves whether to take any next step with us.
Start small OR Build a year-long partnership
Every engagement is scoped to your team. Every program is open to all employees. Most employers begin with a single session.
(60 minutes, virtual or on-site, up to 100 attendees)
A physician-led lunch and learn with live Q&A and a one-page take-home. Choose a topic:
Best for: exploring The Eudaimonia Method, awareness-month events, employee networks
(90 minutes, up to 30 people managers and HR)
How to respond when a team member shares a health challenge. Conversation scripts, accommodation basics, language that protects trust, and the basics of a menopause-informed workplace policy.
Best for: HR leaders who want managers prepared and risk reduced
(six 60-minute sessions, circle of 12 to 25 people)
Our signature program, built from The Eudaimonia Method: hormone health, nourishment for vitality, stress/nervous system regulation, sleep/recovery, movement for longevity, and a personal plan. Each participant leaves with a workbook and a Personal Vitality Blueprint. You receive an anonymous results summary. See the six sessions below.
Best for: employers who want a deeper program for a defined group
(12 months)
A year of support planned around your calendar: quarterly (4) Spark Sessions, one (1) Wellbeing Circle, a (1) Manager Workshop, monthly (12) “Ask the Doctor” virtual office hours, an awareness-month toolkit for your employee networks, and results summaries at 6 and 12 months.
Best for: employers who want a plan, not an event
Not sure where to start?
Eudaimonia is an ancient Greek word for flourishing. The Eudaimonia Method is how we put it to work: a physician-led, sequenced curriculum that treats hormones, metabolism, stress, sleep, and movement as one system, not five separate topics. The Wellbeing Circle teaches it over six (6) lunch-hour sessions, in person or online.
PHYSICIAN-LED
Grounded in clinical expertise, not social media wellness trends.
INTEGRATIVE
Multidisciplinary team. One cohesive, sequenced experience.
COMMUNAL
Community healing alongside a small, intentional group of people who get it.
| Session | Topic | Participants Learn | Takes Home |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Hormonal Intelligence | How cycles and life stages work, what is normal, and when to ask for help | Symptom and cycle tracker |
| 2 | Metabolism & Nourishment | Blood sugar, anti-inflammatory eating, whole-food habits that fit a work week | Whole-food recipe cards |
| 3 | Stress & the Nervous System | How stress changes the body and short practices that work between meetings | Two-minute reset practices |
| 4 | Sleep & Recovery | Why rest is a clinical tool and how to improve it | Sleep plan |
| 5 | Movement & Strength | Strength and mobility for long-term health, including desk-friendly routines | Weekly movement plan |
| 6 | Integration | Putting it together into a plan you will actually follow | Personal Vitality Blueprint |
Format: 12 to 25 participants, open to all employees. At your workplace, online, or a mix. Scheduled around your calendar, usually the lunch hour
Every participant receives: a workbook, whole-food recipe cards, and a Personal Vitality Blueprint
Your organization receives: an anonymous results summary
RESULTS YOU CAN SHOW YOUR LEADERSHIP.
PRIVACY YOUR EMPLOYEES CAN TRUST.
We measure what an employer can use, before and after each program, and report it as a one-page summary.
Results are anonymous and combined across groups of 10 or more. You see themes, never names. We do not promise a return-on-investment figure; we give you the data to build your own next to your replacement-cost numbers.

Is this only for women? Programs are open to all employees. The subject is women’s health, and the Manager Workshop helps every people manager.
Will my employer know who attended or what I shared? What is said in a session stays in the session. We report only anonymous group results. If a session is held on site, colleagues will see who walks in, as with any workplace event.
Is this medical care? No. Programs are educational. They are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and they do not replace your own clinician.
We already have a national women’s health or fertility vendor. Do we need this? Those services help employees navigate claims and care. We add a local, in-person physician who answers questions live and helps more employees understand and use the benefits you already pay for. We do not replace your vendor.
How is this different from a wellness webinar? A board-certified physician teaches it, employees ask real questions, managers are trained, and you receive measured results.
Is it in person or online? Both. We come to workplaces across the Washington DC Metro Area and teach online for locations outside the Washington, DC Metro Area perimeter.
How many people can join? Spark Sessions up to 100. Manager Workshops up to 30. Wellbeing Circles between 12 to 25.
What does it cost? Every engagement is scoped to your team. After a short call we send one clear price. Most employers begin with a single session.
How soon can we start? Usually within 14-30 days of agreement.
What do you need from us? A room or a video link, (at least) one internal champion, and permission to invite employees. We write the invitation copy for you.
We will ask who owns women’s health at your company, what are your current corporate wellness offerings, and what you want to change. You leave with three (3) observations about your industry and a recommendation… whether we decide to work together or not.
We reply within 1 business day
The Eudaimonia Method began as a seven-week, physician-led, integrative women’s circle. Our next circle has not been scheduled yet. Join the waitlist or book an individual visit with Dr. White and the team.
The Eudaimonia Method programs are educational. They are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and participation does not create a patient-physician relationship. Employers receive only anonymous, aggregate results.
